A base balloon starts at $45 comes with teddy bear, the bucket & decorations, and also includes candy inside! These balloons cannot be shipped!! These are local porch pickup only plz! I do not offer refunds on custom items or balloons so once it’s in your possession if you pop it that’s on you u I cannot replace! These are guaranteed to last at least 7days before you start to notice any deflation, plz do not keep it in direct sunlight, heat or cold has to be kept at room temperature!
